The adoption journey was fragmented and unintuitive, requiring high effort from both NGOs and adopters. Lack of clear information and structure made decision-making harder and reduced adoption completion.
solution
I worked on the adoption experience design, restructuring the information architecture, simplifying flows, and creating a clearer and more empathetic interface. The focus was on reducing friction, improving understanding, and supporting more confident adoption decisions.
Adopting a pet is an emotional decision, but the process should not be confusing. The challenge of Adote Petz was to turn a fragmented journey into a clear, human, and functional experience that respects both adopters and NGOs.
By organizing flows, information, and interface with clarity and empathy, the project brings people and animals together more easily and responsibly, strengthening the platform’s social impact within the Petz ecosystem.
